Plannigram ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Telegram booking service.

We collect the following information:
- Telegram profile data: Your Telegram user ID, first name, last name, and username (provided by Telegram when you use the bot)
- Booking information: Appointments you create or book, including dates, times, and service types
- Google Calendar data: If you choose to connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar to check availability and create events (read and write access to your primary calendar only)
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide the booking service functionality
- Send appointment confirmations and reminders via Telegram
- Sync appointments with your Google Calendar (if connected)
- Prevent double-bookings by checking your calendar availability
We do NOT:
- Sell your data to third parties
- Use your data for advertising
- Share your information with other users (except booking details with your appointment counterpart)
- Store your Google password (we use secure OAuth tokens)
3. Google Calendar Integration
When you connect Google Calendar, we request the following permissions:
- View and edit events: To create booking events and check your availability
You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your Plannigram settings. Upon disconnection, we delete your Google OAuth tokens immediately.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on servers hosted by Railway (railway.app) in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
- Secure database with access controls
- OAuth 2.0 for Google authentication (we never see your Google password)
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as you use Plannigram. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at hello@plannigram.com.

- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Disconnect third-party integrations (Google Calendar)
