By accessing or using Plannigram ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Plannigram is a Telegram-native appointment booking service that allows:

• Organizers to create and manage booking availability
• Clients to book appointments directly within Telegram
• Optional synchronization with Google Calendar
• Automated reminders and notifications via Telegram

3. User Accounts

To use Plannigram, you must have a Telegram account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Telegram account
• All activities that occur through your use of the Service
• Ensuring your booking information is accurate

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Spam or send unsolicited messages through the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create fake bookings or misrepresent your identity

5. Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect Google Calendar:

• You authorize Plannigram to read and write calendar events
• You can disconnect this integration at any time
• We only access your primary calendar for booking purposes

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Suspend accounts that violate these terms

7. Limitation of Liability

Plannigram is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Missed appointments due to technical issues
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Actions of other users of the Service
• Third-party service outages (Telegram, Google)

8. Intellectual Property

The Plannigram name, logo, and all related materials are our property. You may not use our branding without permission.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
